    • Reschedule Fee (+48hrs in advance) - Reschedule requests made at minimum 48hrs before both your original scheduled time slot and intended new time slot (availability permitting). $0.00

    • Reschedule Fee (+2hrs in advance) - Reschedule requests made at minimum 48hrs before both your original scheduled time slot and intended new time slot (availability permitting). $15.00

  • $0.00 - However scheduled time slot hours will be considered used

  • Clients who end their appointment slot without leaving the room as it originally was or in a reasonable state will be charged a minimum $25 cleaning fee

  • Clients who intentionally or carelessly break or damage illipsis property shall be charged fair market value for the replacement or refurbishment of all related items. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Artists and bands are allowed up to 3 guests however any damages and overages must be assumed by the client.

  • All Package month periods begin on the first appointment date and resets on the same day of the following month.

    If your renewal date falls on a holiday the renewal date will fall on the following day.

    If your renewal date falls on a 29-31st and the day does not exist for that month the renewal day will fall on the first of the next month.
